I have some problems with "Magelo Sync" for more than 1 month. I can't update my character manualy, but ib some ways it updates during playing game. I have information that my character is up to date in the bottom of the profile (Tue May 22 2012 23:29:36 GMT+0300 (FLE Daylight Time)), but all my items remains th same as 1 month before that. I think the problem may be with the russian version of the game. Can you fix it? Hello Delphix, There is different possible reasons why your profile don't look up to date. First, I noticed you have 2 roles. "мт" is the one that appear by default. Do you recently syncrhonize "мт" or "АоЕ-танк"? Are they both with old gear? If you play "АоЕ-танк" and you wish to show it by default when your profile is open, you can update your settings in Мои персонажи (My characters) > Изменить (Edit) > ID-карта (Identity). If both of your roles are not up to date after you synchronized them, could you please post the log file of Magelo Sync? You just need to try again and press "ctrl + shift + L" to get the log. You can copy its content in your reply. You can also find the log in your Magelo Sync installation directory (magelo.log). Thank you

When I lunch MS or press "Syncronize" button, I just recieve error message "Unable to syncronize character". This message don't depends on my current role, selected in game. Any suggestions?

In this case, we need the log file to better understand why you have this issue. Please try again and follow the process explained above to post the log. Thank you

In this log cyrillic lines such as "Отправка игровых данных на сервер…" means "Sending game data to the server..."
