После обновления 2.1, спустя некоторое время, перестал обновляться профиль персонажа на Акилиосе. Выскакивает сообщение об об ошибке с текстом :"null"

Could you please provide the log file of Magelo Sync? It will help us to better understand what is going on. You just need to try again to synchronize your character and press ''ctrl + shift + L'' when the error occurs. A window will appear with the log. You can copy it in your reply.

Hi tratok,
We did not forget you and we found out what was the issue. We need to patch Magelo Sync and I will tell you when you can try again o sync. We granted your account 1 extra month Premium to apologize for this long period while you could not sync.
