I subscribed to premium and play an Tormax (a TLP server) and can't find myself or anyone I know in the database. Are TLP characters not stored there?

They should be but sometime the index for the ranking got corrupted somehow which seems to be the case this time around. I will wipe it and reindex all characters asap.
