So, one of my characters "Name Surname" a level 125 SK on Xegony was synced on 2025/05/12 @ 18:12:07... This is his profile: https://eq.magelo.com/profile/1303614 linked from Magelo Sync
Not sure if perhaps 20 years ago, someone had a bard on xegony with that name and that is causing the problem, or what, but it's clearly not correct.

Also, on that profile does NOT show up under my characters, for whatever reason... though it IS, in fact, one of my characters.

45 days later and nothing changed, nothing commented by magelo... I can't see why i would continue to pay for something that doesn't work properly... auto-renewal cancelled

I can't sync any characters. I even deleted them, none listed, and still can not sync. I will be right behind you soon with the cancelation if this isn't addressed. I can not be the only one.
