We are aware of the sync issue were having at the moment with MU, otherwise known as the infamous error 500.
We working on it but its taking a little more time that expected because we have a hard time reproducing the bug at our end, so please be patient, we are doing everything we can to fix it ASAP.
Ill keep you posted on our progress.

Error seems to be linked to specific characters. I was able to sync my first just fine but when I tried the second I got the error. Yesterday I got the error while trying to sync only the same character but he was the only one I tried at that time.

Thanks for the update guys.
I was able to synch several alts so just my main & my 75 alt seem to be getting the error. weird bug indeed GL on tracking it down.

No, Magelo will not be patched and synchronising will no longer be possible.
...
Just kidding  . Magelo Update will be patched, but Jelan will need to find out what was changed with this expansion and then incorporate those changes into the Update program. It just takes a bit of time.
