Signed up for premium, everything is working except one of my characters shows no gear. I tried resetting my 3 characters ( which i wasted to try and fix this issue ) . Im only using 2/3 slots even. Is it because the sync has not been updated since patch?

Hi Warlain,
Are you sure you were logged under your premium account when you sync this character? You are not using all your slots so you should not have this kind of issue. Please give me a link to your profile.
We are still working on Magelo Sync update for the latest game patch, but it should be back today. So you can try again and let me know how it goes.
