I used to have the 5 extra, at which time I had 8 characters, I did not renew the 5 extra slots. I deleted the 5 extra characters from my profile. I only have 3 now, but it says I don't have space. I have sent 3 emails already, no response

Hi bobforapples4,
Always prefer using the forums or opening a ticket if you dont have any issue with your account. It's usually much faster.
In any case, I have reseted your game slots so you should be able to sync up to 3 game accounts now.
