I believe the issue should be fixed now, I will monitor this topic closely as I am not sure yet about the root cause of this bug.

Unfortunately, I can't update or manage my character, so although the problem might be fixed, I'm stuck until you can somehow reset Creac for me.

Hi kamguk65, I just checked your characters and they are all updated March 22... May be your browser cache is playing with you, try to force a refresh (CRTL SHIT R with Firefox)

works on my ranger on one Account but does also fail like others trying to sync Cleric on other Account..

Do you dual-box the characters? If so, would you mind closing the other character, and Magelo Sync, then restart Magelo Sync with only the Cleric to see if it will detect the character please?

If i box..i will play them on different PCs..normally syncing them on the Pc the Char is normally played on..but even tried to log out ranger after sync and then logged in cleric on same PC to see if the magelo sync data on other PC was bugged somehow ,only to see that this wont work too.
Think newest Patch may bring a solution...
