The tooltips are in fact empty on your guild site while they are working fine on the Magelo website:

Hi Sheli,
We fixed the issue and the tooltips are now showing on your guild site.
We just noticed there is a problem in your guild rank name, so could you please synchronize your character again and let us know if it's still the same.
Ah, you need to wait we patch Magelo Sync for the Hotfix#6. 
Should be ok in a few hours. We will post an update on the homepage news.

Just checked on your guild status and everything is good now after you synced your character
