My character profile pop-up window shows the spot for the cloaks, but nothing ever displays there. Also, several other characters do not show cloaks as well, that I know have them.

Hi Kyrosan8,
The bug is unfortunately on Trion side as it looks like that those items are missing from the discovery files... I will report this to them asap and will keep you posted.
