I have a premium account but my character wont update on the ranking. Can i get some help please?

Hi,
Which character are we talking about ?
I currently see zero character under your account...
I suspect you might have tried to sync while there was an issue that was preventing your character to sync.
The issue has now been fixed so please try to sync again and you should see your characters appearing in the "My characters" section as well as on the ranking.
Let me know how it goes.

Jelan,
Thank you for getting back to me. It keeps saying i must have an premium account to sync on a progression server. Then stops. It says last sync was 10/10/23. I have not been able to sync it since.

Are you sure you are logged under the same Magelo account in Magelo Sync ?
