for 2 days I have been Unable to log in to the Magelo Sync. I reset my password and no help. I can log into the website just fine. I have been using the program for maybe a year without issue

Still unable to log into the app. Bought more slots to make sure that was not some weird issue. Validated my account doesn't expire until July. I copy and paste the username and password into the website, and works. I copy paste into the app, no luck. I have been a premium member this time around (was many years ago also) for over 2 years, and the app had been working. App responds with "Invalid username or password". Again, copy and pasted both from notepad. No trailing/leading spaces or hidden characters

I wonder if this is somehow related to the forums not understanding characters within posts.

Just tried, no luck
Tried again. Want me to do another password reset, even though I can log into the forums?

I changed my password again, to a simple and short password... Now I can log into the app...
Perhaps it was one of the special characters, or the password length.
Previous password was 16 characters long and contained the following special characters.
# & ^ ( Minus the "amp; the forum post keeps adding those.)

Thanks for the update and glad you found a workaround.

Thank you for the follow-up and attempt to reproduce the issue for our future friends
Another note: I may have previously reset my password to the same password, leaving it unchanged due to troubleshooting the inability to log in. That may also have been the issue.

Finally got to the bottom of this and fixed the issue with Magelo Sync 5.0.3
