The link to the free trial was visible to me before I created my profile but now it isn't and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any suggestions?

We have retired the free trial a long time ago, it's weird that you were able to see a link to it at some point, look like we forgot to remove a reference somewhere.

That link is on the "My characters" page where you can download the Magelo Sync [ https://eq.magelo.com/characters.jspa ] and is still there but goes to a page that gives the error page: https://eq.magelo.com/trial.jspa
"Whoops ! It seems the page you were looking for does not exist or never existed.

I'm a player coming back to eq after about a decade away. I had an account way back then and my email didn't seem to be connected to an account now. I set up a new one and was happy to see the 10 day free trial, and after a bit of searching discovered it seems to have been retired.
