I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Magelo sync and EQ, it does not detect any characters even when I am logged in. I have premium. It just says "Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged character, please wait. If your character doesn't appear, let us know using the support forum"
So I hope this is the right place. I have no idea what else to try.

The same thing is happening to me. I have reinstalled a few times now. I thought I was just going crazy. This sucks.

Same, not detecting character. Probably has something to do with EQ going to 64 bit, not sure but I have both 32 and 64 bit Java installed.

Ok, all of you are stuck at the same step (-2) which has to do with the zone you are currently in. Could someone confirm if being in PoK helps at all ? I tested the sync there and it was working for me.

I zoned out from my pgh to PoK and it looks like everything synced. Heading back to pgh to see if problem comes back.

So after zoning to PoK and getting a successful sync, I zoned back in to our guild PGH. Tried the Magelo client sync again and received the trying to detect your current character message.
|
