when i downloaded magelo and created my account i never saw it tell me that if my game was oepn the sync tool would grab my first character it wanted and use up my 1 character slot... i removed it from my profile but it says that it is not removed when i try to sync the character i wish. please remove Newpox from my 1 free character selection please. ty.
