							I know it's the Holiday period, but 6 days seems a bit long for a paid service's sync client to be completely unusable. 
 
I happen to need to update my character info and haven't been able to for 4 raids. 
 
 
When will the sync client be updated?

Magelo Sync was patched on December 23 to cope with the 1.6.1 Hotfix #4, so this is strange you couldn't synchronize your character since 6 days... we will investigate to see if we did something wrong. Thanks for reporting this. 
 
We are already working on the Hotfix #5 that was in fact applied yesterday.  
Magelo Sync will be updated today.

							Many users synced properly their characters after Dec 23, so you might had a different issue with Magelo Sync. Next time, don't hesitate to post in the bug forum as soon as you notice a problem.  
 
Keep an eye on the homepage news, where we will post an update as soon as Magelo Sync is patched for the Hotfix #5. You will be able to try again to sync and let us know how it goes.

							Aye, it works fine now, thanks! No idea why I couldn't sync since 12/22.
