Hi When I start Magelo (I have unistalled and re-installed the sync)., i get the message wow.exe is already running. I have checked running programs and processes and it is not running. I have had this pproblems a couple of weeks now and does not seem to be able to get around it.. Running in Win 7 64-bit. Kind regards MickeTun

Hi MickeTun, Could you please check the version of JVM (Java)? Is it 64bits or 32bits. Right now we only support the 32bits version. We need to update our system to support the 64bits. It's on our to do list! So if I am right, you just need to uninstall first your JVM and install the 32bits. You can download it from this page: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp Let me know how it goes!
