Hi dextrose,
The issue with signature is related to the fact the 3D model is not working at the moment. We had to disabled it temporarily for technical reason. So we cannot generate automatically your character portrait in the signature or avatar, as well as your animated 3D in the profile. We are working on a solution and we will keep you posted on our progress in the Homepage news.
On a general note, regarding our services for the WoW community, we are of course still around. 
The website is up to date with the latest game patch as well as our client Magelo Sync.
We know there is many improvements to work on too such as a global review on the statistics that are not all correct at the moment. This is on top of our to do list!
