Could you let me know exactly what item are you trying to equip?
I noticed you never used our trial offer, it can be the good timing.
It will let you fully synchronize your character for 10 days among other things. You can have a look at the list of the Premium features.
The Premium trial is a good kick start and it will be more easy to manually update your character at the end of it, if you prefer too.
