Hello everyone,
We wanted to give you an update on our progress to support MOP and the first patch Landfall.
The Armory import and Magelo Sync should work again in the next few weeks. We target end of January / beginning of February. We will keep you updated.
We decided to compensate right now all our WoW Premium users with extra time on their subscriptions for the long wait. We usually wait we patch the website to calculate exactly the time we need to grant, but you have been waiting way too long. We were down since Patch 5.0.4 applied at the end of August, so we just granted 5 months to all of our WoW Premium users. Of course, we will add again more extra time to all our WoW Premium users depending on when the website will be patched.
Thank you again for your patience.
 Update (Feb 24): Magelo Sync and the Armory Import have been updated! You can update your characters again.

Thank you Geroblue for your support  I was planning to give you a heads up today!
We will patch the website at the end of the week. This patch will include an update on the Database and the Armory import. So you will be able to update again your character from the Armory.
Regarding Magelo Sync, we will do our best to make it available soon after. We don't think it will be ready for the end of the week, so I prefer letting you know what's the plan now.
I'll keep you posted!

Does February 15th still qualify as the beginning of February? I also see an update from a few days ago saying " we are planning our first update of the wow channel for the end of this week which will include Magelo Sync". It's Friday - at least where I live, that qualifies as the end of the week.
Any updates, as to when the site will ACTUALLY be updated? Apologies for my tone, but I am beyond frustrated.

I completely understand that - and I myself work in a technical field (biotechnology/pharmaceutical development), where my clients have very demanding timelines. I always operate under the principle that it is better to "under-promise and over-deliver" than the other way around. If my client's project is going to take 4-6 weeks... and I tell him it will be done in 2 weeks... there will be angry conference calls. If I tell him it will be 6 weeks, and I finish in 5 weeks... the client is delighted with the result.

I want the update to be done properly and thoroughly... but it looks like the original timeline of "late January/early February" was wildly optimistic. I would simply like to have a REALISTIC estimate of when the site will be updated.

Still saying verification in progress after over 24 hours. I followed the instructions about off-hand item. Doesn't seem to be loading my character from the Armory.
edit: It does recognize my WoW character is unguilded.
Hmmm... Do I need an additional slot to sync my wow characters ? I'm using 3 on my EQ side here.

Sorry guys, I was sure Jelan posted an update in this thread few days ago, as I took care of the french forum. We misunderstood each others.
To give you more info on our progress, Magelo Sync and the Armory import are working again ON OUR DEV SERVERS - Nothing is live yet  We updated the statistics on the character profile and we still need to add some changes before it's fully updated. On the database front, 80% has been updated and we need now to clean few pages and finalize the update. Once again, nothing is yet live.
So we really hope being able to patch at the end of this week. I know, we say that a lot lately... we are not good with ETA. Unfortunately, it's not easy to estimate programming work, as it really depend of the issues you meet on the way. You can stay stuck on a problem for few days, while you thought it would take 2 hours. Trust me, it happens all the time.
Anyway, I will keep you updated.
