Recently transferred servers, unable to sync profile 443472. In the past the "Identity Card" was editable. You could set your current server and run the sync and it would properly update. I cannot find a way to do this on the current site.

Hello Terminat,
Another user also reported the same issue few days ago and we are looking into it.
Magelo Sync should not create another profile when you move your character to another server.
We will keep you posted when you can try again.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this issue. I am surprised that this is still happening because I did fix a bug related directly to this issue when we introduced support for the test server...
Is your character now on Antonius Bayle ? Did you delete the new profile that Magelo Sync created ? If so, would you mind syncing again, I need to see the newly created profile to understand what is happening

Hi Terminat,
Thanks for the sync. I checked the code and even re tried the logic by syncing my character one time on the Test Server and one time on its live server and every thing works fine..
I might have an idea of what is going however.
Can you try to delete the new profile and resync, I would like to see if you end up with really a new profile (id > 2 749 798 ) or an old duplicate profile somehow.

Can you delete this new profile and try to resync again and see what is happening ?

Can you just make the server editable in the Identity Card page? In the past, when I server transferred, I just set the server to my current server and synced without issue.

May i ask you to give it one more try (delete new character and sync). Make sure to restart Magelo Sync in case it is still running on your computer.
The reason for removing the manual edit is to get rid off duplicates and the system should really work, let's just figure out what is going on and once fixed, it will be simpler and cleaner for everyone.

Ha... Tricky issue..... This is now fixed, thanks for your patience and your help !
Make sure to delete the new profile, and to restart Magelo Sync.
Btw, you should delete Meidaroh as well given it is the same character as Terminat.

Not fixed. Meidaroh is not the same character either. The latest sync just deleted Meidaroh (which I did not want) and created a new profile for Terminat:
