Friend of mine and myself both tried to upload a PNG image as our background image,.. it starts to upload. but it just stays at the yellow uploading picture and never finishes uploading the file.. if we change the file to jpg it uploads and shows up properly... Can we not upload PNG format files anymore? -C

I kinda noticed this as well, started using jpegs as a result. I'll "thumbs up" this bug.
