I Get Error : The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/17/sync.launch?17.1421167992609). Any idea? Can i Delete Cache Folder? Hi Behrouz, You can definitely wipe out the cache folder if it got corrupted somehow. The last error you got seems related to some connectivity issue between your computer and www.magelocdn.com. I suspect this issue is very temporary and it should be already working by itself otherwise, make sure you dont have a firewall blocking the connection. Let us know how it goes.
