I fire up WoW and then once my character is logged in I then fire up magelo sync. When it opens i try to hit the lauch WoW button and it tells me I must start it manually the first time so it is not detecting my WoW. Here is my log.

You have to go to your Battle.net, go to options, click on game settings, on WoD select Launch 32-bit client. It will work that way. Omce you do the magelo sync, you can exit the game and unselect the launch 32-bit and play in regular 64-bit mode. Magelo Sync doesn't work with the 64-bit. It worked for me.
That is all assuming that magelo has updated to the current patch 6.1. Good luck.
