First off, thanks for the great site/service. I know many friends in game who use and enjoy it.
I namechanged from Elricvonclief http://eq.magelo.com/profile/2073762 to Elricv http://eq.magelo.com/profile/3384917 and I was wondering how to change the name here on Magelo?
I have a free account (money is tight, sadly) and see Elricv listed as secondary on the account, and would like to change it to primary.

Hi elricvon,
There was a problem when you synced your character after you changed his name ingame. We created a duplicate instead of updating your character. We are working on fixing this and I will let you know when it's done.
