So far I have reloaded both 32 and 64 bit versions of java and I have reloaded magelo sync. No matter what I do I keep getting this error. My firewall is off. This is a brand new install of windows 7. Not sure what else to try. This is the only thing having a problem so far. Here is my log file from one of the times I have tried to run it. What am I missing?

Im getting network failure as well and this message
The launcher was unable to download a required file (/sync/launcher/17/sync.launch?17.1477712592109). If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again.
Ive tried re running it a bunch of times but its the same.. it was working yesterday!

I've also been getting this since yesterday (first time I synced since last working attempt). Error reads as below and says Network Failure in red.

The launcher was unable to download a required file

(/sync/launcher/16/sync.launch?16.1477775088076).

If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again. Go to www.magelo.com and check the forums for further help.

Fixed, we changed our CDN provider and they had a default settings preventing our client from interacting with it...
