hi there, I am syncing and its not updating totally, only a few items are being synced, its like half the items are not getting synced and the normal process is a lot quicker, normally it scans for a while, ..
please fix, let me know if you need anything else.

any update? I do pay for this service to work or some sort of reply or comment to whats going on. clearly there is an issue.
