 Magelo Sync has been patched!
We have granted 5 extra days to all our premium users to compensate for the extra downtime.

Was the version number incremented? I'm not sure if it updated itself or not as it appears the version number did not change. I tried downloading Magelo Sync and reinstalling not remembering if a manual update is something we need to do or not but I think the version number hasn't changed. Maybe I'm wrong? I probably should have tried it before posting this sorry. I will go do that now. Lastly, thanks for the time extension. That was nice of you.

How do you actually update Magelo or the sync window? Is it automatic? All I get is an error when I try to sync my character. Other's in my guild are having the same problem. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall?

Give it another try, I fixed an issue that was preventing the sync to be working properly for some people.

I had an error message a few days ago.
Now it's just not detecting my eq toon.
Is my version 4.6.3 outdated?
Anything that this p.c. dummy can do to fix?
