I synced my character with magelo sync and yet my profile had two slots that did not get uploaded with the sync and instead showed as empty. I am on fangbreaker and my two items from Vex Thal were shown as blank instead of showing as part of my profile. The two items in question are Umbral Vambraces (arms) and Umbracite Bracer (wrist). I tried to edit my profile and search for the items for each slot to just add them manually and they don't show up in the search bar either. I just bought the year-long sub so really hope this can be fixed.
