Figured that was probably the case for the manual profiles. Ah well, had to check. 
In the mean time, any chance of getting someone to edit the original topic to something like:
"Stats for items with random suffix not displaying properly"
It looks like the stats for the randomly generated green item suffixes aren't being calculated. Magelo is picking up only the base item, not the final item+suffix. This is confirmed when you search the database for one of these items.
For instance on my profile:
Skettis Helmet of the Bandit:
In game:
+465 Armor
+27 Agility
+41 Stamina
+54 Attack Power
Shows up on Magelo as just:
+465 Armor
It's missing the stats for a level 67 "of the bandit" item: +27 Agility, +41 Stamina, +54 Attack Power
Same problem with
Sundered Guantlets "of the Soldier"
+367 Armor
+21 Strength,
+31 Stamina,
+21 Critical Strike Rating
Shows up on Magelo as:
+367 Armor
Missing stats for a level 68 item with "of the Soldier": +367 Armor, +21 Strength, +31 Stamina, +21 Critical Strike Rating
