Hello and welcome to Magelo, Sawndiddle!
In order to have a complete guild roster in Magelo, we would recommend having the members of the guild sign up for a Magelo account (its free and very easy to do!) and Sync their characters - Magelo will detect the guild name and rank in the character identification and add it to the appropriate guild roster. The guild master can then set up permissions in the guild management section of the website and add in the appropriate guild website link.
