I just wondering, do i need the same loginname and pw, to get the sync work? or can i have two different one in wow and one here , and get it sync?

Your Magelo password is unique and can only be used for Magelo, and likewise with WoW. I would also advice against using your game userrname and password for Magelo as in general it is a good security measure to keep your username/passwords different with each game/website.
TLDR:
1) Magelo Sync will only work with your Magelo username/password.
2) Advice: Keep usernames and passwords different! This goes for all websites and games you use, not just Magelo and WoW.
