Been like this for some time, and I have yet to see any sort of response on the support forums on this....
I get logged into the Sync system with no problem, so it recognizes me. But from there I get:
"Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged character, please wait.
If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum."
Well, I'm letting you know. This has not worked since Wrath of the Lich King came out in November, and I'm tired of hoping for a fix, so I'm opening my big mouth and asking.

Hello and welcome to Magelo, Bree!
I would like to see what the Magelo Sync log can show us - could you hit Ctrl + Shift + L when running Magelo Sync and copy and paste the contents in here please? It will help us find out what the error may be.

Okay, funny and embarassing, it sync'd today finally. Didn't do anything different, and it sync'd.

It's most likely a temporary memory error which could be fixed by restarting Magelo Sync.
