I am no longer playing EQ. Thus, I want to cancel my magalo premium membership.Maybe I am a bit dense,but I don't see any way to cancel this account and stop payment other than contacting my credit card issuer. How do we cancel our premium accounts? Moreover, if I want to restart Magalo, how is that accomplished?

Magelo does not automatically renew, when you subscription runs out you do not get billed again. So there is really no way to cancel it per say, you just let it lapse and it reverts to just a Registered User account.
If you let the subscription run out and decide you want to subscribe again you just log into your account and go to My Account and subscribe through the link.

Well that's funny, since my wife just got charged. Paypal sent hr a notice with details - it starts off
This email confirms that you have paid Magelo$24.95 USD using PayPal.
This credit card transaction will appear on your bill as "PAYPAL *MAGELO".
That's some BS - now who do we speak to to get it refunded?

Magelo does not automatically renew though, she (or someone with access to her account and password) would have had to sign into PayPal to process the payment request.
