Hello Morganor,
Based on the equipment and the 3D avatar shown, I would say that Magelo Sync did not manage to capture your character's image properly - you can see that your profile shows you are using a fishing pole, but the 3D image is still showing your axe. You may want to give Magelo Sync some time to pick up the 3D image before you Sync your character, and it should pick up your character's 3D image properly.
