Hi Lahatte,
Well we learned our lesson with Everquest, virtual characters and real characters don't mix well. Magelo sync lets you register your characters with your magelo account and the gear planner/alt profile system will let you try on items, plan upgrade and more (coming soon).
The Everquest channel follow the same pattern now and we will clear the virtual characters soon.
For people who really want to simulate stuff on a class that they don't even play, we will introduce a sandbox feature later this year.
