Thank you for the Email as of 4:04 this morning, the website does look better, BUT, I can't fully explore yet. I keep getting "503 Service Unavailable, No Server is available to handle this request" or "Webpage cannot be displayed" (latter has an option to test my connection, even though I know it fine, I ran it once it anyway, and as expected, reported no problems, yet Magelo refused to load)
Also, Magelo Sync itself is very very very unstable, but it's a known issue with this one.
I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit Edition, with Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 8.
I know there is a 64-bit version of Magelo Sync out there, but none of the download links I've managed to find work. They just report the file has either been removed or didn't exist in the first. (Well obviously it did exist, whether it still does or not remains to be discovered, at least by me)
Don't suppose the Website Instability could be down to IE8 could it.
I'll keep checking back, with the hope is becomes stable again.

Hi, Tkonian!
I've replied to your email, but I'm posting it here so others can refer to it if needed.
The World of Warcraft channel has completed updating sooner than expected and you should be able to access all our features. We may be looking at some minor downtime during the weekend, but it shouldn't be a major issue to worry about.
You will need the 32-bit version of Java on your PC to run Magelo Sync. To download Java updates (the 32-bit version), you can check out: http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
Cheers!

We update the website with quite a big performance patch. You should find both the website and Magelo Sync a lot smoother now.
