when i finally got my Sync to work last week i loaded all my characters but for some reason the Sigs are not updating ill load a log if needed but it seems the items are updating bot the pics and also i clicked on show helm on Demigawd and Jokër and neither are showing the helm is also a problem ?

Hi Chrisspiderozzy, The small portrait of your character in the signature is reliant on the 3D model you have in the profile. There's a cache issue with the 3D model in the profile which is outlined in this thread which makes it hard to get the 3D models updated and we are working on it. Once it has been corrected, your signature portraits should show up correctly. Thank you very much for your patience.
