Hi Miiru, could you please try restart Magelo Sync while playing if it is unable to detect your character ?
If that fails, it would be great to get a Magelo Sync log (Ctrl+Shift+L) as usual so our team can figure out what went wrong with that particular session.

I tried again today and nothing and I don't know what crtl-shift-L is supposed to do cause when I did it nothing happened for me.

According to the logs, it appears that your character has been Synced successfully with the Auto-Sync feature, and the profile for your character Ianaa has been updated correctly. Would you mind telling us the specifics of the difficulty you experienced during the Sync process please?

It never showed a syncing and a message that is was synced. It never moved from the page that says it your character does not show report it to forms. Going to go look at her profile and see what it says.
I looked at her profile and it appears to have synced. I don't get it though since it did not go through the normal process. Sorry to have bothered you.

Hi Miiru,
I think this would be due to a glitch that sometimes happens with the Auto-Sync feature has been enabled. If you would like to manually Sync your character, would you mind trying to disable it in the Magelo Sync settings, then restart Magelo Sync to see if it will bring up the "Sync Now" button please?

Disabled it. Do not even know how it got activated. I attempted to update Taime to his level 80. Did not work for me. Did the CRTL SHIFT L thingy.

Hi Miiru,
What I would suggest you to do is to delete your entire Magelo folder from the Program Files, then download and re-install Magelo Sync again. It's one of the ways to remove any possibly corrupted data/settings in it.
For your information, Ctrl + Shift + L will show you the Magelo Sync log if you press it while Magelo Sync is the currently active window. Pressing it while Magelo Sync is in the background will not work, unfortunately.
