Hi Adkbmxrider,
You can change characters by clicking the area at the top left section of the Gear Planner - you should see it labeled 'Primary' or 'Secondary' depending on the spec you chose as the main spec.
The GP will open up the first Primary character in your character list (shown in the 'My characters' section). To change the order, you simply need to re-assign which characters are your Primary and which ones will be your Secondary. (Click 'Edit' to manage the specific character identity.)
