Hey korrawi !
I saw there was a server-side error and I fixed it, you should be able to delete your character now.
Your character was defined as the contact of your guild's recruitment (City Watch), but I think you character left that guild already, that's why your were not able to remove it.
This problem will be addressed by the upcoming server update, though, I fixed your case already.
