EverQuest was patched on 15 Sept 2010 - our team will update Magelo Sync as soon as possible to let it run properly with the game.

A little update regarding the delay to patch Magelo Sync to cope with the latest EverQuest version, We got bad timing with our internal schedule and EQ patches.. To make a long story short, we will patch the website and Magelo Sync in a few hours and we are sincerely sorry for the unexpected delay.

I'm assuming it is still being patched. I just tried and could not sync while in game.

Looks like there are site-wide issues... profiles aren't loading and character editing is inaccessible at the moment as well.

Hi Ensshok,
Could you please link some of the profiles that are inaccessible? Our team is working on a fix to them and it would really help to have all of the issues known and resolved when we update the site.

Right now it looks like the profile-related issues are resolved. I was getting "system error" messages when loading any profile earlier this evening, but that was probably related to the updated profile display features, which seem to be working nicely now.

Thanks for your patience guys, all probleme should had been fixed now and 5 days have been granted to all our premium for the relatively long downtime on Magelo Sync regarding this patch.

Zahasha, would you mind logging into your alt character, run Magelo Sync and wait for a couple minutes, then get the Magelo Sync log please?
To open the Magelo Sync log, press Ctrl + Shift + L with Magelo Sync as the active window. You can then copy and paste the contents into your reply here.

character and inventory doc folder update, but the charaters do not appear in the magelo sync window - just the message "...trying to detect..."
-edit: deleted and reinstalled. works fine now.

There seems to be an error with my background music. I cannot hear music on my profiles nor anyone elses.

There are certain issues with pictures and music files in Media Manager that are preventing them from being displayed/playback on signatures, avatars and profiles. The workaround is to link those files from external sources, until these issues are resolved.
Oh and no I don't work for Magelo's tech support
