Sorry for this issue Tryal and thank you for your log.
Other members reported the same type of problem. There is in fact an issue with the synchronization and we are working on it. We will keep you posted as soon as you can try again.

Just pushed Magelo 4.2.1, please restart Magelo Sync and let me know if it helps or not... I am narrowing hopefully the issue.

Looks like you also have an issue with where Magelo Sync expects to find Everquest in order to launch it...
Can you try to first start Everquest and once your character is logged in, start Magelo Sync. Once we fix this, I can explain to you how to fix the path issue you are having.

You cant create a character manually anymore...
I pushed a fix that was preventing some people from syncing and there is a good chance you were one of them. Can you give it another try please ?
