I am a premium user, and while I did manage to update my characters one day (5 days ago) since patch, I have not been able to since then. I posted in bugs last week, but not even an acknowledgement that anyone has seen the post or is working on the issue.
I have deleted Magelo from my computer, and reloaded it twice, that is not fixing the situation.

I did manage to get the update done after downloading another copy of sync

Just renewed my premium with extra slots. Four characters are synching, two are "Unable to synchronize character", and "An error has occurred during the synchronization. Please try again later.".
I deleted the prior profile of one of my characters to see if that would allow synching with no help.

trying to sync and it cant find my character tried several times. just says if your character doesn't load in couple sec post. draginn
