Are you perhaps trying to add a LORE augment that you already have elsewhere (either on its own in your bags somewhere, or inserted into an item)?

i went thru and double checked, it not on my profile anywhere else. I updated some other area and same thing when it gets to the augment portion it just open a second tab with item info. I am using firefox 2.0. I am confused why it doesn't it is not work.

Can you give us your profile number and the augment you are trying to add (as well as to which item)? That makes it easier for us to check things out.

my profile is 531386(Berge). the item is stud of focused power. and augment is Glinting Onyx of Steel (120hp)

when i click the augment it open up to another tab showing item stats instead of augmenting it
You need to click the name of the augment not its icon.
