Mine does not sync as well. It will load my character information, but an error is received when attempting to sync. I would really love to get a sig out there.

mines just wont show anything; no character name, nothing, just says Magelo is trying t sync, and later gives an error message.

Mine can detect my character but when i try to sync it does for a little while then stops and says "An error has occurred during the syncronization. Please try again later."...
|

So looks like Magelo stopped working for everyone.
Magelo as we speak is a non working software. Dont guys dont try more..

I'm actually wondering this as well. I mean in terms of software etc the amount of days that have gone by since this occurred is very long.
Now I don't want to complain because I'm not paying for any service and perhaps it is just a complicated matter but in the meantime it is as if this site/software doesn't even exist.
I recently joined the WoW side of this (I had been using the EQ one years ago) and ever since I joined it has not worked once. It's a bit disappointing because it did look interesting.
EDIT: The post above me happened while I was typing. >.<
I hope to see things working soon then (the post says "this week", but then mentions "few hours") I look forward to actually form an opinion of your site in its working state.

Hi AmexPMS,
I understand your frustration and you right, we really need to improve the time we take to fix some issues. But sometimes it take more time that expected like for this new expansion.
Tomorrow, we will patch the website and it will resolve most of the issues you have. I hope you will also enjoy the new features we add in the profile regarding WOTLK
