I'm also having this problem - hoping it gets fixed soon - as Magelo provides the coolest forum sigs i've seen. I'm a big fan, please consider this problem a priority as its a major part of why I, and im sure many others mainly use magelo.

I'm also having this problem. Since the T7 shoulders dropped for my warlock yesterday, I figured it'd be a great time to update. But this has also disabled my 3d character model. So it does seem like certain items are screwing with the 3d engine. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Couple of issues:
1. If you look at my signature's stats then look at my armory's stats,
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Mannoroth&n=Other
there is a huge difference in the AP / Crit.
Also there is the fact that neither Armory nor Magelo seem to identify which stance Warrior's are in, seeing as in Battle Stance my AP is 3583 and my Crit is 37.84%, but in Berserker they are 3941 and 40.84%. Even if I sync repeatedly in Berserker Stance all my stats still come up as if I were in Battle.
2. Obviously my 3D model isn't working either, so hopefully these can get fixed soons pl0x.

It's fixed guys, you will have to sync again however.
