Multiple "Stuck" characters. I would like to delete from the list. How can I remove characters? I will then add them per the "Sync". Thanks!

Sorry guys for the issues with the Armory import! we are still working on the migration of the old system to the new one, and we will keep you posted when it will be done.
In the meantime, hesperadescends, erictacoman, if you can use Magelo Sync to update your character, don't hesitate to give it a try.
Genttech, no need to delete the characters you tried to add. Just use Magelo Sync and they will be added automatically on your characters page (removing the stucked ones).

so i have my a bunch of toons stuck importing for the past 3 days... i'm guessing you should fix your system or just get rid of the option for now....
so much for trying the premium service
i dont really plan on using the sync method cuz
a) im not sure about DLing it
b) i dont have an authenticator on my account
c) my account isn't active atm...
thought this site would be cool/useful ... but i guess not

The migration is almost done and we hope patching the website at the end of the week 
Jellynut, it's been 10 years now that people trust Magelo Sync and we never had any issue,... and remember, you can always start Magelo Sync after your character is logged in the game. Now the Armory Import method is an alternative and it will be soon fully operational again.

Sorry Argrock, I told you something wrong! Jelan just told me the armory import should work on CN servers so he will look at this! I made the confusion with Magelo Sync, that not support CN servers at the moment...
I just opened a new topic about this issue, as this one start to become old and too long!

You can now import characters from China servers We fixed the issue that was preventing that.
