Loot information and geo localization are 2 different informations that are not correlated.
We read the loot when you open the loot window ingame.
Regarding npc, we cannot be certain of his location if we only use one observation so we cross information reported by different players to find it.
In both cases, the data we display on the website should be accurate and if this is not the case, feel free to report any issue you may find! Of course running Magelo Sync when you play is the best way to help.
