Fixed the glitch with Magelo Sync which is now working properly, thanks everyone for your patience in this matter !

Still seems to be broken for me as well (4pm pst). Tells me to no JVM could be found and to download a new JRE from java when I attempt to run magelo sync.

Hi Uumdaien,
We got busy the the glitch introduced with our recent Magelo Sync update and didnt post the announcement about the requirement to have Java 7 now. So just upgrade your java and everything should be fine.
Let us know how it goes.

My Magelo Sync is still not working, Is there a fix I need to do to make it work? It gets stuck in the launch window and wont open to the sync page.

I get network failure every time I try to run Sync.

Hi HieroDesteen,
This error message means Magelo Sync is blocked by something. Your issue is not linked to the initial topic actually. Please check your firewall or proxy is not blocking Magelo Sync.

Problem fixed. The only way that I could fix it was to uninstall and redownload and install sync. Firewall was not blocking sync, it worked fine untill a few days ago when Java updated.
